We collect nothing about you unless you send us the plan form. This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics.
We receive the name, phone number, email address and message you type, the treatment and city you pick, and the page you sent it from. We use them to prepare your written plan and to talk to clinics on your behalf. We do not sell them.
Enquiries are kept for two years, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask through the form or the channel you contacted us on and we will answer within one month.
If your message describes your teeth, that is health data and it has extra protection in law. Please do not attach X-rays or clinical records to the first message; we reply with a secure upload link.
