No. The implant needs 3–6 months to integrate with the bone before the final crown or bridge is fitted. Implants are a two-trip treatment; anyone promising final implant teeth in one week is skipping the healing stage.
Extractions, root canals and gum treatment found on the X-ray, sedation, sometimes temporaries and the night guard, hotel nights beyond those stated, and flights. Ask for the list in writing.
It is legitimate when the CT scan shows insufficient bone, but it should be predicted from your X-ray before you fly and priced in writing. A graft that appears on the day with no warning is a red flag.
Line by line: material and brand per tooth, what is included, what is conditional, whether the total is final, currency and payment terms, and the name of the treating dentist. Two quotes £440 apart are fine if you can see what the £440 buys.
